We don't know how to accelerate soak recipes. We'd suggest that you use the recipe for your product use environment that is suggested in SM-785 - Guidelines For Accelerated Reliability Testing Of SM Solder Attachments

Dave, In response to your question on flux and heat application; the flux is already incorporated into the solder deposit and the connector usually solders in a standard convection oven profile. If you need more details you can contact me offline
