Take a look at http://www.habasit.com. They supply tooling to make these belts. I found it more cost effective to have the belts made for me at a local belt supply buisiness, the tooling is expensive.

I've bought conveyor belts from Michigan Industrial Belting. http://www.mibelting.com They were able to make some custom belt sizes for me that I couldn't find anywhere else.

I haven't heard of a meter like that. Consult Fuji for a recommended supplier if it is so special. The meter from Gates has a very sensitive microphone, so you tap (or strum) the belt and the vibration is heard and converted to Hz. If you want to

Put new belts on. Tension means nothing if belts are worn out and stretched.
