You are cooling too fast, and some flux and paste is worse than others... Can you control your cooling zones? Water Temp (higher)? Or Water Flow (less, effectively less cooling)? Changing water temp is prefferable over flow if you can do it. I h

This has been a problem from the start. I used a digital flowmeter to check exhaust and both sides are pretty even, however, I do not know if its exhausting too much or not enough, just going on the PE specs...but then again...do they really know. I

OK... My problem with BTUs is that they are getting stopped up because the flux is not going from vapor form to liquid form; instead it is crystalizing (looks like a blizzard took place in the flux box and chiller boxes) and clogging up the flux box,

They're full of crap and are simply trying to get you into a Paramax 150. Depending on your product you could probably get by with a VIP-98.

I beleive what they are doing now for the blower issue is giving a lifetime warranty on them but they still haven't upgraded to prevent the frequent failures. Personally I prefer a warranty that I don't need.

From a used equipment dealer's perspective I know they are always in high demand and are difficult to locate used. Them and Electrovert are the best.

Sure...I can help. Reduce the temperature and the error will go away. Seriously though.....I'm not sure that oven is even capable of those temps. Is it even convection?
