Help please.... We have just run a prototype board using a number of BGA devices on it. The corners on two of the BGA's (PBGA357) seem to be higher than the centre of the device. ie the outer bumps seem to be "stretched" compared to the centre bumps

Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with BGA's shorts, we are using 0.005" stencil aperture 1 to 1 (0.014)", the paste is centre (I can not measured the height)was verified using electronic microscopie, the placement is centre (I'm using local fiducials

This is not really a bug. The logic is this if you place a component beyond the edge of the board, it should falloff! So instead on having a very complex algorithm to work out component centres and then make a judgement as to whether the connector is

We were having void problems with heat transfer down the via's (24 layer boards, shed loads of planes). So we drew the via away from the centre into a teardrop pad. Void's gone!

1 Euro coin = Centre: Cu75 Ni25 Outer Ring: Cu75 Zn20 Ni5. Think I'd rather go with SAC305. & They don't even have the Queen on!

Or... If you have an inline glue dispensor, after printing put a glue dot in the centre of the footprint & this should hold it. Rob.

Check when you set up the board that it is positioned in the centre of the table. When the calibration is carried out the table drives away and then returns to capture the fiducial, if there is not enough travel left in the actuators then this is th

Hello all! Our test adapter have not a plate, which close test probes. We want to do a plate with through holes for test probes and holes for guiding and centring pins. We want to order a making this one. Adapter is MTS180. Thanks.

The algorithm in our machines calculates the coordinate of the centre point between the local fiducials, compares it to the theoretical coodinate in the program data and applies any difference found as a "percentage" correction to all placement coodi
