Our company being an automotive supplier is all about quality control, not a clean room requiremen, This is a no clean process, all surface mount boards and Solitec ovens. Hopefully this answers your questions. Greg

You cannot put these machines in a clean room enviornment, but if you must go with the MYdata a Philips Assembleon. They are easy to program and changeover a simple. Foot print should suit your needs. Where are you located?

Depending on what model you have, they should come with anti-stat bars. They could be worn. I haven't seen this technology used in years. Are you running product in a "clean-room"?
