The parts libraries are not readable text. The Sanyo software we used (UCT, I believe) would optimize the program for you. NCZ format is different than the 4785 .800 format, but if you can understand the 4785 format you won't have any problems

Try PCBSynergy, it has several versions of Mydata SMT formats in its list of output formats. So take your CAD file and select the nearest Mydata format for your machine and alter the Origin calculator section for the layout of panels that you need. S

I need to expand my barcoding of PWA's. I'm currently using code 39 format. Is there a std format specified? Per IPC? Is the a format which handles more then one data item, i.e. part number, serial # and mfr's id #?

Mydata has an open format for import and export. They make no secret of it. Send me a mail I can help. I am surprised to here you say Mydata would not help. They will e-mail you the formats
