I'm confused. Aren't Fuji nozzles like $20 each? Why bother? I would hope you understand that a nozzle not properly repaired could cause $50 worth of rework in about a minute after you installed it. Stepping over dimes to pick up pennies comes to min

After the machine stops for any reason when restarted the z table goes to loader position comes up then goes back down and re-reads the fiducials, only one machine does this but we are losing valuable cycle time after every part change. We have Fuji

Linux, The amount of error that you are describing is about the thickness of a human hair. Unless you are placing 0201's I can't understand why .12 is an issue. There are many factors that can effect placement accuracy on a CP6 For instance: 1. M

Hello When the table goes back to loading position, it checks for the avaialbility of the board. It is possible that there is a component right under the PCB confirm sensor and the sensor is not able to recognise the board, so it unclamps . No

Hi, In the CP6 propers, there are values: PCB Check Position X, & PCB Check Position Y. These are the servo counts that the X/Y table moves to when checking if a PCB exists on the table. Your sensor does not detect a PCB, probably because when checki
