Has anyone had any experience with the Fuji QP-242 machine? If so, what kind of parts were you placing? How well does the modular system work? Have you ever added a module to an existing system?

Do you have your own data caputure software ? Check out VManage from Valor if you do not. They have machine monitoring solutions for most FUJI equipment QP351 I would say would be covered. Even the latesr machines are coverd from Fuji...

We are getting the " tz axis comm error" in our Fuji QP242 smt machine in tray unit, please help to resolve the issue

Based on the fuji error codes, It says that the ARCNET cable is disconnected. Make sure that all cables from this module are connected to the QP.
