We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.

I would like to encourage Tom's suggestion of using Alex. We know him well and does amazing work. Have been using him for our CP-743's and IP3's when needed. Recommended.
