Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knew of a stateside distributer for Yaskawa? I am looking for a VS-606V7 200V single phase, .55kW, model #CIMR-V7CCB0P4, in case you happen to have one laying around. It is for a Soltec Vitronics Selective Solde

Don't hold me to it but... Class 1-process indicator, varify value (cap, resistor) Class2,3-failure (rework required) This is what we used at my former job when i took over QA responsibility.

It may be worth baking the boards for an hour at 120C and then trying it straight away do not leave them lying around. Is the fillet shallow and inverted back into the board. Do you have any blow holes as well? Cheers Greg BLT

They're in your class book, crack it open and look. Do your homework unless you plan on being a manager or director - then cheating like this is acceptable.

Be careful of inverted homeplates if you hand clean your stencils. The "spikes" can easily catch on the wipe being used and bend up. Not to mention the nice slashing it does on your hand that immediately some how fills with solder paste.

For this inverted homeplate, the edges are rounded vs. spikes. Check image here : http://www.emasiamag.com/article.asp?articleid=669

Does anyone have a motor frequency inverter(driver) for an ERSA Versaflow, that you can sell me? It says "Seidel" and then "digifas 7200". I know this is a long shot, but even if it's used I'll take it.

1 Print paste on a bare board or laminate. 2 Place components in the paste. 3 Gently invert and support the board above a table. 4 At one hour intervals, record the number of components that have fallen from the board.
