I have used Loctite, RTV3145, or Tak-Pak to secure the wire. As John said, the wire is usually secured to the board near the lifted lead, and usually at 1/4 inch intervals along the way. Brian W.

Dream, Sound's to me like your PCB supplier has process problems, probably outgassing or such from trapped moisture / contaminant's. I thoink it's time you called in your vendor for a chat. JohnW

Hi Everyone, I want to use LEDs in an enclosed box for edge lighting etched glass. There are 15 LEDs in a box and they are set up in 5 series of 3 LEDs. The LEDs are 3.5V 20Ma 8000mcd. I've worked out that I need an 82 ohm resistor for each series
