Well so much for being too hot! Try kicking your max temp up to 220, I wouldn't extend the duration however. I would almost start to think that this QFP has a pb free finish. Let us know what happens Russ

Kick Out the Salesman from your manufacturing floor! We had that when I was with Commodore B.V. and if you use their tester it passes but if you use other ESD testers it fails. crap!

Dave, On the SolderSaver, My business partner was given a demo on this thing back in 2000. He said: "It worked but had a tendency to kick up dross dust into the air, but it sure did separate the good solder from the dross." Pete

Hi Grant, We used to use Quicher automatic screw feeders - that basically present the screw for pick up to the driver - they worked very well. Let me know if you want any further info on this type of feeder as they may still be kicking around her

What is up with Indium 5.1 lately. Has Indium lost the recipe. The Lead free products from Indium used to kick ass, now they are biting mine. I'm looking at Aim 254 and Senju
