the footprint is IPC standard which I have found to be less forgiving than the Jedec one for tombstoning. Enig finish - 5 thou stencil. We have historically used homeplate design but I am leaning towards 1:1. Leadfree application. aj...

We have 4 diffrent boards that have the problem. The boards have two diffrent suppliers. I dont think this is the case. I more leaning toward not enough rinse cycles in the washer. Jerry

Evtimov, I agree. I'm leaning more towards the quality of worker rather than software, etc. Since this post this incident happened AGAIN! This time there was ZERO verification performed at start up.
