Do you have to have at least 1 nozzle on the head? I think the lightning heads you had to have at least 1 nozzle on the head or it would give an error.

Maintenance on the lightning heads is extremely minimal, especially compared to the absolute mess that is flexjet. They just go. Also, you can replace a whole spindle with a new one for something like $700, it only takes a couple minutes and you do

Sorry, the AC-30 is the "Lightning Head" machine and the AC-72 is the flex placer. The price is correct. Was in a hurry to get home on Friday and reversed them in the sentence after the price.

Why was it down before? It's possible you have bad cabling. Voltage will read okay but it/they will require very little resistance to work properly (like less than 1.5 ohms).
