It's been a while, but I thought it was set up with on the screen, and not with dip switches. I'm sure with later models it was but can't remember the menu selections to do it.

A soft limit error is an error due to trying to drive the head outside it's mechanical limits. Check your X-axis program data for this part.

With those interlocks tested, and confirmed good. I would check the end-of-travel safety switches next. It may think that the head is at the end of it's travel.

The 1block switch in front,rear & air down sensor are connected in series. Another suggestion is to initialise the setting.Make sure you have a copy of the initial data before doing it. Tell us what is your finding.Maybe you already have a solution.

If your boards are not totally rectangular part of the board can stick out past the stopper. If the fiducial is there then you can't use it. Also make sure you are not using panel fiducial co-ordinates and then expanding those out with panelization

I don't know your machine, but on mine the interlock is the large access door. It's done so that you cannot open the cover while running, but it also checks for a closed door at startup due to head homing sequence. Yours may be similar in that it won
