Your centering jaws are likely okay. It's the 25V that runs the centering jaws that is having the problem. Could be the circuit that produces the 25V is having problems after warmup or maybe the motor that runs the centering jaws is going bad. Loo

I have moved the MOT cards. The messages are still the same. Booster +25V is stable, The BM3 +25V indicator shows no +25V which means any of the feeds down the chain pulled it down. So basically once it is low the relays in the BM3 card will not latc

It's a motor controller card error. I'm not completely sure, but, it seems like something in the x. Swap MOT1 with MOT2 or 3, and see if the error moves. If it does, you have a bad MOT card. If it doesn't, you have something going on with a motor

Let me add to the Mydata thing.. TP9-2U=..... TP9UFP=Good MY9=Best TP9 UFPs will place 0402's fine as long as you have black tools and run them across the camera. This method is slow but it works.

The "25v reads 3V" part of the error message may be your clue. Since the machine runs for a while and then shuts down, something may be failing after it warms up. "F-AXIS-182:C-AXIS NOT properly out when expected" refers to the centering jaws not o
