Hi Dave, I'll check out how big of a deal it would be to fix. If its simple then we'll nail it. Either way its on the list. As for the virus question - we actually scan all emails for viruses and they are picked up by our server.

Why are you using 92J instead of 92H. Is it becuase you are doing bed-of-nails testing? If not, try 92H.

Chunks nailed it. You should not expect to see a perfect side fillet on this part, especially using no-clean, it's probably bare copper, hard to wick solder up the side of the lead.
