Hi, We are also interested in this, and I have heard you can get the PCB's with the via's plugged. Also, if the via's are small, the solder should not penetrate? Anyone have any further info? Grant

Hi guys, do you have any issue aqueous cleaning pcb's with potentiometers? We have issues such as water penetrating inside the potentiometers causing shorts or electrical problem in the field. what is the drying temp and time you have in your experi

Joe, While designing the LED panel, will it be used outside or inside, have to taken into the account that use of conformal coating to protect this LED panel from possible moisture penetration into the unit?

What is the actual function of the shortwave IR in the wave machine process? Is it just another heat source?. i know it can apply a lot of heat in quick cycles and has ‘penetrating heat’ but is that it? seems a bit too simple.

possible problem are loading orientation, solder flow cannot reach the pad portion due to trap of the body of the diode... or try to adjust turbulent but observe overflow... because turbulent are penetrate solder to pad and terminal of the diode. ho

BLT 31-41 "No Clean Selective Flux For Aerospace" On a Versaflow 3/45 Atomises well, good hole penetration, good wetting, cleans off well in the solvent cleaner. Use for SN100C, SA0307, and 60/40.

First, what on the area array package are you analyzing * Package cracking? * Cracked solder balls? * Er, what? Second, most failure analysis discussions consider dye penetration to be a non-destructive test, but then again most failure analysis

We form a barrier to contain the dye, but regardless it is messy. Actually, we no longer use dye, per say. We use the stuff machinists use for staining metal. Look here for hints: * http://www.ivf.se/Elektronik/dye_penetrant/edefault.htm * http:
