Print it, place it,(Don't reflow it) check it, remove valuable parts & wash it. You could use double sided sticky tape but it leaves crap all over the board when you remove it. Rob.

Why are you unable to place this part with your Machine. Part to big? No pick up point( nozzle landing area )? No Feeder? Vision recognition? If we know why you can't place it, we might have a fix.

As long as it is in tape, go ahead and place it. You won't have any problems. I've place TSOPs and QFPs with Sapphire.

It sounds like it's just failing the laser align step. Try changing the align type for the part to "2" and see if it places it. If it's failing the laser align and you have valid part dimensions I can't help much but you might consider opening up th
