Is there a way that you could plot the data points of your profile into excel and post somewhere? Or can you give us some data on what your profile looks like? What exactly does this board look like? thickness, size, copper weight?

Did I loose the plot at my last response? (October 04, 2012 10:22 AM") or was this to do pick & place assembly, NOT PCB panel manufacture.

Is there a directory for North American electroforming houses? My specific need is for large area production (e.g., Fuji 4000 screens, etc.) of 29" x 29" or greater. Any specific recommendations would be gratefully accepted. Photo-plotting capabil

The problem is not with the software. The problem is with the data format. Gerber data is a photo plotting format. It essentially makes pictures. There is no way to make PnP programs easily from pictures.

Gerber[R] Data (File). Used in directing a photoplotter during printed circuit board and stencil artwork fabrication. Gerber Scientific Instrument Company used to be the dominant producer of the photoplotters used for "shooting" film, back when mec

We are a military contractor running mixed technology CCA's. We currently "map" all defects off reflow and wave by indicating the defect on a map (plot from gerber) then passing it on to rework. The map is used for SPC data as well as overall perform

We really don't go over board with stencil inspection either. I normally send my files to the vendor, they size and provide me with a check plot. I will verify everthing is oriented correctly and panel fiducials are in place. That's it. I don't know

Are you concerned with physical vibration or electronic interference? If you can see your morning coffee have "rings", screen printers may suffer. Trains are a monsterous source of electrical "noise", just by thier engine (electric and diesel) not

DCS testing has detected exotherming in samples of stock FR4 laminate material. The exotherming subsequently disappears from the heat flow plots when DSC testing is repeated a second time on the same samples. Can this non/ under-cured material cause

The question is can you consistently heat up the board to the desired temperature? You need to measure temperature with thermocouples and plot temp/time diagram. Based on the datasheet chemistry you use, you can see what is the recommendation and if
