Resolved; the power box "service" switch was set to ON. Changed to OFF and machine powered up per instructions. Didn't see this switch mentioned anywhere in the power up procedure. Thanks to the previous owner for tipping me off.

1. The flat black connectors that you are refering to are for the nozzle changers. 2. The nozzle changers can be mounted anywhere on the feeder base and their position must be taught using the handheld programmer. 3. If you have no power to the feede
