No, we are not filling the syringes, to be honest the problem is not with the displacement syringes on our conventional method of placing glue, but purely with screen printed adhesive. That's the weird thing. (G)

What is the advantage an disadvantage of using the Syringe vs Jar, for Solder paste supply media. Anybody with an input will be much appreciated. TQ

Syringes seem to keep the paste fresher longer since there is less exposure to air than a jar. It is also nice to be able to just squeeze the trigger on a gun instead of using a spatula in my opinion. Russ

Is anyone aware of distributors that sell single syringes of the 3515 and 3508 Loctite? Our yearly requirements are far less than a case and would not be very economical to go that route.

Our rep is looking into our issue also. We already received samples for testing. We are looking at using 2-3 syringes a year of each which would be approx $1600 in waste per material.
