Be smart, be skeptical and be educated on the machines you are looking at. If you are going to do business with someone you don�t know, check them out. Ask others in your region and get at least ten customer references from them.

I have used MOLE for over ten years. I do not like the fact that MOLE wants you to use their connectors. I make a gender changer that converts the MOLE connector to the mimi OMEGA connectors that sell for about $1.75 each.

Is it a good investment to keep machine over ten years old or maybe even older? My job is to keep these machine in tip top shape but very little money to spend on parts. Which is better buying spare part or buying new machine?

We built tens of thousands of boards with transeivers on them with a no clean process.Never had any problems with the flux residue in relationship to board performance.

We currently use and have used Aim W/S 483 for the past ten years. We have had great support from AIM. Paste Characteristics, wetting, slump, washing is all outstanding. Great activity, works well with NiPd and other lead frames.

Yes we have tried. It works really well and lasted as long as the run which was in the tens of thousands of cycles. I think we increased the interval time between cleaning by a factor of 5.

We bought a "very used" Omniflow 10 at least ten years ago. We have only replaced maybe 5 blowers in that time.
