We are a military contractor running mixed technology CCA's. We currently "map" all defects off reflow and wave by indicating the defect on a map (plot from gerber) then passing it on to rework. The map is used for SPC data as well as overall perform

I would recommend Aegis software. Valor is good too but last time I checked they were really expensive. Call up Aegis and have them explain CircuitCam and their QC, SPC, and dataminer modules. Aegis is modular, so you don't have to buy a big pack

How do you guys monitor your feeder's history/record. Is there any database available in the market to keep track feeders in your line such as caliration's due date, last calibration dates etc. ( basically the historical data for individual tracking)
