Most likely an issue with vision system, or communication therewith... But with # of combinations of CPU, Cognex and cameras, would prefer off forum contact to sort it out. email sent.

it can be a bad contact with backboard. clean the slot and gold fingers with contact cleaner and push it in and out a few times.
