We have tested several that have come in to our facility and all the ones we have seen so far are ESD safe matierial (black). I'll take these over rubber bands any day!

Uh, Great Idea..... There is and has been ESD safe carpet for years. We have it in our manufacturing area right now.

I have....they lay down copper strips every 10 feet or so , attached to house ground, then glue down the carpet. The glue is filled with carbon filaments, as is the carpet itself.

I just wanted to know if anyone stores their vacuum sealed bags on their sides instead of flat. We are trying to save room, but I dont want to create defects either. The ones we have are tightly vacuum sealed and would like to store on their sides
