Anyone know a master password to get into a Quad ZCR oven?

I think it might just be zcr. At least that is what it is for our oven.

FYI: ZCR, British oven maker, was purchased by Quad many moons ago. When Tyco bought Quad, ZCR was not part of the deal. In fact I think production had stopped in the U.K. facility by then. Tyco has no legal obligation to suppoort these ovens.

Does anyone know where to buy or who to contact for ZCR spare parts. I am looking for a new conveyor drive motor and gearbox for a ZCR 4 zone reflow oven.

I am charged with maintaining two ZCR/QUAD reflow ovens and one has a problem I have not come across before.... Upon startup it displays the message "CRITICAL TEMPERATURE" but the eight zones are at ambient, the set temperatures being 315°C to 400°C.

That gets me into the main operating system but most of the menue's prompt for another one. Also when you exit it asks for one to go to dos. ZCR does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What alot of you are not realizing is that Lead Free can be done on certain ovens already out there. And I have had success with the Quad ZCR for Lead Free. Therefore, it is not necessay to purchase a brand new oven to implement lead free.

I remember it being case sensitive. Did you try that?
