Ours had a set of breakers on the front, left side. One of them was popped and I didn't notice until after I'd been troubleshooting for almost an hour.

You could also try swapping the motion cards. X and Y are swappable I believe. And see if the problem goes to the X. I have had to do that in the past for troubleshooting. It has been awhile since I have touched a IVC, but I loved those machines.

Since you have a 2nd machine, and another A12 tool, that would be a lot easier to troubleshoot by using the swap part method. Also, try to compare the A12 parameter from the 2nd machine to the "trouble" too.

Than, shall try to find 10 boards with mixture of good and bad samples. Measure it with three different operators and three different times. It will able to tell, machine repeatability and how to troubleshoot it.

You must distinguish first if it mechanical or electrical issue. Disconnect the motor chain and see if motor work it self- in this case something is binding. If motor is not working than check electrical circuit. Its easy to troubleshoot and fix in e

I have only hot barred with reflowed solder and no clean flux. And it works well for us. Can you try tinning some of the Leads ahead of hotbarring? Or maybe try cleaning some with flux.
