Hi Habsfan, if we're mount the THP first, we can't run SMT due to tTHP is tall and big which will causing the PNP to be chaos. Btw, my solder paste location is more than glue location which (solder paste : glue) is 2:1.

On your mount data it has to go 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 once it goes to a higher number then the previous it has place and start over try that out

| Well my process is I'm running my belt speed at 3.50fpm and about 215 to 225 degrees top side. I got my main wave down to a little less than half the board thickness. I'm not using a hot air knife cause we thought it might create more of a problem
