we have an mvt gs-1. its horrible. gui terrible. programming is brutaly time consuming and difficult. customer service is non-existent. we'll trade it in for a near sighted monkey.

I am looking for recomendation for best paste printer (or paste dispenser) whoch can inspect the solder paste after printing AND it can be used for simple 2D inspection of assembled PCB too (AOI)... I dont have space for 2 machines now , so both feat

~Except that would appear to be a language things, it says AOI, it means SPI. Presumably very much 2D not 2.5 or pseudo 3D too (not that such is relevant)

Good day, 2D inspection requires correct adjustment. In the other case it will cause continuous problems and false alarms. Adjust the lightning first and choose the correct process limits second. Look at histogram when you are adjusting the camera

Hi guys... I have both of them, but I prefer MPM. DEK is too problematic on our production. The biggest difference between them is in 2D inspection. Setting 2D inspection on DEK is a nightmare. MPM is really clever machine, what do what you tell him
