What version of software a re you using ? Some older versions of MyPlan have this problem? I have it with mine an is TPSys 2.4.6 and 3.3 MyPlan I cant ever get one right so I just use it as a guideline

Does anyone have a clue as to why lead times are running 4-6 weeks on re-tinning of components? Is there a new spec (besides the JSTD-001F) that is causing for this rush towards re-tinning of components?

I have one Topaz X FNC machine with this problem. The head 2 FNC not change the nozzle. The head 4-6-8 is ok and change, but head 2 no, when he tries to change the nozzle he gives me an error message. What could be the problem?

They all rotate on the same belt but, 2 per head on heads 2, 4, 6, and 8. Placed on the front and back. Held by a bracket with 2 screws. But no matter how tight I set the screws upon adjustment they still get out of whack.
