We are aware of no such standard. You need to determine the acceptable level for your product in its use environment.

It's the same like asking wether you get a gold-contaminated solder pot when soldering ENIG boards. As long as the replenishment of dross is large compared to the intake of contaminant, the contamination level will stay within acceptable levels.

Charliem, Thank you for the input. Following this logic, in case if there are no soldering issues, pad coverage and voiding levels are within acceptable limits and a gap between BTC and pad let us say 200um, this could be accepted, right? IPC-A-61
