Thanks Dave. We are UK based which is why we are still allowed to use Trike and our product is for an aerospace application so changing a cleaning chemical is much easier than requalifying a new flux. This was pretty much what I thought my options

Yes, all the leadfree solders are currently for consumer products. Military and aerospace industry haven't implemented leadfree yet. They are still study which to go! Maybe that time, we all can follow military std and having high reliability product

I'm working with an aerospace PWB fab drawing from 1994. It contains a note saying "CRUSH ZN .250 DIAMETER" with an arrow pointing to a countersunk or counterbored hole. Can anyone tell me exactly what this means? Thanks
