We order bespoke carriers for some of our products, made of Durastone, however, a 1.8-2.0 mm thick FR4 sheet will do the job you require too - as previously suggested.

I checked it and there is no problem with the lubrication the cables are in good condition. The band feels a little loose I will try to make the adjustment to see if that is the problem.

S2 sensor, that is some kind of limit switch as I think. Anyways, you have found the source of issue soooo your machine will back to work soon. :)

Interesting. I will replace that cable and see what happens. I suppose there is a lot of movement it has to endure.

Tom, There are two power supply in the machine. One on top of VME box and other behind power distribution panel. The voltage that you see and check at PDP is not from VME.

Sapphire has a Line Array camera on either side. So all components on all nozzles are recognised in a single pass. But Sapphires are tough to maintain. And yes, it can handle max. 25x25mm components with the Line Array.

Tom, Did you put the machine in debug mode? Do you use RAMTF or PTF? Based on your problem, check PilZ box.
