We are using the paste vendor's recommendations for TAL, preheat, etc. They do not give any indication on their datasheet for the time to use to calculate slope (calculate over 20 seconds, 60 seconds, etc. - not included in their data).

Does any one know how to calculate BGA height change after reflow oven? I guess the calculation will be based on the component size, weight, ball diameter and ball count of the BGA, but how to get the actual height?

| I am interested in seeing how some of you calculate machine utilisation. Currently this was calculated off against the uptime. I really believe there is a better way of doing it i.e if I were to calculate this against machine's capacities. Any feed

We do not know how your KIC2000 calculates slope. Here's an approach to calculating slope: * Subtract the lower temperature from the upper temperature. [Temp|upper-Temp|lower] = Temp|change * Subtract the time when the lower temperature was measured

Hello everyone, I've been working on a project to create Cycle Time Calculator. To be simple, easy to use, and fast. We are EMS, we do a lot of calculations and offers, it takes time. I want to design calculator which will work without adding exampl

Aspect ratio: The ratio of a vias length or depth to its pre-plated diameter. So, in your case, either * 6=0.093/x, calculating x=0.093/6=0.016 as the smallest via hole diameter. ... OR * 6=y/0.01, calculating y=6*0.01=0.06 as the maximum board th

Hi, Say I'm going to calculate my PPM and DPMO, do I have to include in my defects data an item that the root cause is already identified? example is if I have 4 components with Land Design issues (incorrect dimension) and is causing me insufficient

Excellent Web OEE calculator... For Ideal Cycle time we use to take Programming Cycle Time but in this calculator it seems you have taken Equipment Rated CPH. For a Given Board & the placement locations the rated CPH is not at all attainable because
