We have a couple of presses we use for cutting adhesive backers & depanelising flex's etc. You can usually get away with steel rule dies which cost a couple of hundred dollars instead of hard tooling.

How much more? A couple degrees? That would be normal from one board to another, depending if the t-coupls are in the exact same spot etc. What type oven? IR ovens can be affected by colors.

Hi Herb, Lexman, try a different paste to eliminate that question mark. Unless you're stuck with Kester, it's worth a couple hours of your time. I know of a couple SMT plants that run 40% to 50% humidity without any problems.

Mydata Linescan upgrade

Never did the Linescan upgrade. Incidentally I recently needed to rebuild a vacuum pump. Pump rebuild kit consist of a coupling a couple rubber mounts and the membranes. Cost 495.00

He sure was. We saw this version of it a couple of years ago [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD1LHejil6M&feature=related ]. In this one, the presenter almost cracks a couple of times, but the boffin in the white coat is rock solid.

yes been workong with those feeders for almost a year and yes we have had the sensor pop out on a couple of the feeders I thought the pogo block would be the biggest problem with these feeders have had to replace a couple of those on the feeders as

The o-ring comes part of the feeder coupling. Universal part no 44579401
