Has anyone ever heard of 0201 components being placed by Fuji CP43 machines? Engineering wants to do an experiment here to see if it's practical.

I have a CP43 calibration jig in excellent shape. Free to a good home. This is the jig that bolts to the stand with the microscope. I DO NOT have the stand with the microscope. See photo

This is for a specific type of CP43 feeder. It does not work on CP6 feeders. You also have to have the base it bolts onto, the standard, and the calibration tapes.

Purchased 2 used Fuji CP43's and did not receive manuals with them. Have been using CP42 manuals to write procedures and looking for jigs for the vision systems to calibrate them. However, I cannot find the jigs with the part #'s that are in the CP42

How about having a pre-greased set of 12 and simply swap them out?

By the way.... The placing error is in either the X or the Y. There is no theta skew.
