Is the hole always in the same solder joint? What parts do you see the hole(s) on? Can you try a different paste?

You might try baking the boards before using them. If the problem goes away you might want to look at what sort of environmental controls your board fab guys are using/stuck with/wishing they had.

Hi, For the past few weeks, we been seeing solder hole after reflow and this product been running for almost a year. We had try to shorter and longer the pre-heat time, reflow time and even reduce and increase the temperature....but could not help..
