This problem happens when a dark part is placed where the main conveyer stop sensor is located. The machine does a board check ( back to loading pos ) . If a part is under the sensor it absorbs the beam and the machine thinks theres no board. The ta

Hello When the table goes back to loading position, it checks for the avaialbility of the board. It is possible that there is a component right under the PCB confirm sensor and the sensor is not able to recognise the board, so it unclamps . No

| My Fuji IP3 keeps getting the Check Sensor Error. | What is the problem? | This problem is caused by either of two things. First the vacuum chuck get dirty and needs to be cleaned "PM". If the problem is persistant the vacuum chick has worn down

When the clutch engages the nozzle correctly does it clear the engagement sensor at the end of the brake arm? I don't remember the actual name of this sensor but it clears when the drive gear properly engages the nozzle. This ensures a zero setting

First, check the sensors for 17th and 19th station....tune the sensor amplifier if necessary. Then, check the dogs on the nozzle holders... If the above, items are ok... check the 13th station clutch engagement. Calibrate if necessary... fujiphil

Sounds pretty much like the sensors/amplifiers need tuned on your machine. It is a fairly straightforward exercise to do this. The sensors basically look at the back of the chucks to determine which nozzle is in the lowest position and therefore whic

I have changed the FRQ Amplifier with the FQ amp that has the same parameters and the error persist, the Zero Setting Sensor and the Clutch Origin sensor are working too. Any other posibility?
