I'm curious what you use for PCB Support. Are you using a dedicated support plate or are you using magnetic pins or some type of Grid-Lock system?

The MPM's are the Yugo's. You can fix anything on it with duck tape and a rubber band. I would go with the DEK. They are user friendly and reliable. Just make sure that if you are running double-sided boards to look into good push-up pins. They have

I am looking for ideas for board support on Fuji CP642 thru CP742 and IP 3s. We have tried using the Grid-lock system which worked on the IPs but not on the CPs. We have also tried using the Ready-set system and had the same results. We are gett

I would recommend the UP2000 HiE. This would more than handle what you have describe. If you have a lot of warped boards, the side clamp retro might be for you. I haven't had much production experience with the grid lock, but I know of several pe

I would agree with Sr Tech..Grid lock and systems like this can be used on the Ekra, MPM and DEK printers also can be used in Pick and place depending on the density of pin. If you choose the method of printing out a 1:1 photoplot. Glue it to a piece
