It could be the servo pack. We shut down the machine sometimes back and lastly sold it. The servo pack doesn't last long. Anyway,good luck to you.

Change over and flexibility are two critical areas you need to have controlled in order to be successful in the high mix, low volume market. Machines to consider: SAMSUNG CP series, MyData My series, and Europlacers.

Assembleon machines are extrememly flexible and adaptable. Their service / tech support is outstanding. I consider them a leader in our industry. My shop is low/mid volume high mix. I have kits of 1 to 10,000. 0201 to 56mm^2.

I have also have reviewed the machines listed and decided that the Mydata for low volume high mix, it was the best. It is very flexible when dealing with imperfect material supplied. The other machines are better in the high volume arena
