If you have access to a machine shop you can build your own easily using the same bolt/tooling pin pattern as tracks. Place them on a vibratory track base and disconnect or turn the vibe down.

Has anyone designed a Topaz matrix tray holder? We only need something to hold 4 trays and the Assembleon system is expensive and marginal. We can do it here but if someone else has done it would be happy to share the engineering costs to get some dr

I have a CSM84VZ, so I was thinking of a device that could be placed on it's "manual tray feeder" instead of one of the 9" wide plastic matrix trays that TQFPs, etc. are supplied in. The machine would be programmed to pick parts from several single-

I like Mydata, Fuji, and Panasonic equipment. However if you have one, I"m not a fan of mixing. I have worked with the IP3 with MTU. I found it a good solid machine. The only thing at that time was the programing. I believe they have changed thi

I agree with Stephen. The mixing of manufacturers can be a large headache if you do not have alot of people and time to get trained on the new manufacturer. The used equipment dealers won't like this, but buying a used fine pitch placer without kn

Matrix Tray Holder

Has anyone heard of a single or double tray holder plate for Siemens Siplace equipment (either OEM or aftermarket). This would be similar to the Universal, Quad, and Zevatech platens for trays that just clip on to the feeder holders. Have only a co
