We need more info. What kind of machine? What do you mean by "went to the end"? Like the end of the travel? Which axis? Is there an error on the screen? What happens when you try jogging it? Maybe post a couple photos?

OK, does your axis screw have the flex coupler or the magnetic coupler? Which axis is it? Did you turn off soft limits? If it's out of range, soft limits won't let it move by controls. I need to know which axis before I can get too far into this. I

Hello all, we use a reflow oven from Rehm in our SMT production. At the moment we solder under nitrogen atmosphere (approx. 500ppm). Now we want to reduce the nitrogen consumption (costs etc.). What consequences can occur here? Especially on the s

Nitrogen is helping voids, so if you have specific parts that are prone to voids, you might start seeing more voids. Joints will probably look a little dull in comparison and this might affect your existing AOI programs.

Hello Could I ask for advice? We have new machines with a full nitrogen tunnel. Type of soldering nozzle: worthmann 5 rows and next nozzle (in this same machine) worthmann 7 rows. One person in my organization claims that the delta nozzle is not wor

No problem running lead free without nitrogen. Careful profiling will take care of the soldering. Cosmetically, the Nitrogen reflow is superior for lead free, and we see much better wetting, better coverage of the PWB pads, and of course the smooth

Check flux penetration and type of flux. How much is solid contents. The solder filling is better under Nitrogen. Check the time (speed) of the nozzle whether is correct. Usually For SAC305 the temperature of bath is 320C/degrees, but only for sel
