Hey, I've been working with various Universal Gold Feeders sizes, and I've seeing that the sensors are fairly fragile. Any other users of these feeders seeing this? Of course the manufacturer says we are the only ones seeing these issues.

Hello I am curious about an anomaly we are seeing in the new profile for one of our products, we run it in a wave solder and after it gets solder we see that the fillets are not even, we have took x-rays of the terminal but we see 100% barrel fill,

Do you see foot indentations in the paste? If the part is being blown after placement, you'll see the indentations in the paste. Another random thought; We had worn nozzles and the camera would sometimes see a spot where the paint wore off and read

Problem solved...Sensor would see the board at the stop, but when it clamped in the BUT, the sensor didn't see it anymore. Board is a matte finish so we're putting a sticker on the bottom so it sees it better.

We have the BGA100 tool. It has its uses. Its nice to see if the balls on a BGA have collapsed and reflowed properly. At the same time though you can only see the balls around the edge of the BGA. It can also be dificult to position the device to see
