One more thing, check the serial connection to the PC in the back of the machine, If its intermitant, you will have all kinds of problems as well.

Look at the lubrication of the three shafts that move the stencil frame (lubricate both sides, up and down) Also check the belt that moves this assy is not loose. If too loose it may have "skiped" one or more of the belts creating this condition. Go

So far this is what I found and have not had any problems since. There was a big chunk of the belt torn halfway off and I had to cut part of it. Also there was a connector loose on one of the boards. Thanks for all of your advice.

It does not do this all the time, just when it is sitting for about 10 minutes or so. I will give that a try though.

If you are facing the back of the machine take left most panel off. There are usually two fans built into this panel.(unplug the fan connector and set cover aside) The servo-driver cards will all be in a row. They should be labeled accordingly.

I found them and swapped the first 2 and set the dip switches. I will leave the machine sit for awhile and see what happens. It reset ok, but time will have to tell. Thanks again

None of those p/ns are coming up good, maybe they're obsolete. Try contacting Cardinal Circuit, they have tons of older MPM parts, http://www.cardinalcircuit.com/spare-parts-support/
