This might be a trival mundane suggestion but try to use non conductive plate to hold components. Probably even made of the pallet material. I am sure your pallet fabricator will have tons of scrap and he can help you find one. T

I find myself in possesion of a solder pot from a production machine that was sent to scrap. The scrap man was uninterested in the 2 ton pot. Does this thing have value ?? Or am I stuck with a hunk of Hasmat ???

Just wondering if there is anyone out there using a national (US) company to provide ESD smocks, cleaning and repair. Spending a ton of money handing them out to people just to have to replace them in a short period of time. Any recommendations??

Thank you Dana and Stephen, I will give it a shot now. I'm not surprised it's not in the manual... apparently there is tons of stuff not in the manual and Fuji tells me they have no idea what half of the unwritten stuff means :)
