We use no-clean sac305 pastes that are not water soluble. Will a DI water based washer work for cleaning these stencils or is alcohol required?

The only time actually saved is operator doesn't need to wait at the exit end to pickup the boards for batch washer if washing the same qty boards.

I've never heard of steaming a board either. You said that steaming cleans it better after the wash process. What is the steaming process cleaning that the washer isn't, flux residue, solder balls, or what? Also, try and identify the main difference
