You might also want to look @ Blueprint. We do use CircuitCAM for SMT program generation; we've found it's less effective for THT and Post assembly operations. We are also considering on-line documentation; it has shown promise in our final assembly

Hi guys Just wanna know what software, technique you use to creat assembly work sheet? do you have develop specific application do you know software where everything is done? do you use Soft like Autocad to draw our board and import the PCB into it?

We use a program called Circuitcam by Aegis. It allows you to import all types of Cad and associate the parts to the different processes. Ex. SMT, Radial, Inspection, Hand Insert. (Customizable depending on your process) Once this is complete it

You`re right this is also a possible reason. But we have 2 Loaders from 1997 here where the error comes from the plc-program . Although all sensors are working fine the bottom conveyors are always running. We`ve planned to modify the program. BR

I've checked the sensors and they look ok, I'm guessing its the plc-program then. If you get it working i'd be interested in knowing how to do it to ours. Already checked with Nutek and the manual is quite expensive so I guess we'll do with out it.

Can anyone recommend software for work instructions? I am using the software with gerbers for through hole and SMT. I have tried Unisoft's software and found it to be difficult to use with gerbers. Is there software that will color code the location

CircuitCAM [ http://www.aiscorp.com ] will probably do what you want. Amoung things, it works great for push lines, where we change the setup depending on the skills of the operators on hand.

I am currently using an older copy of CircuitCAM. We have not updated support for it in a few years, and do not have the extra CAD importers, but it works great with .356 CAD, and gerber files. We also purchased a copy of ViewMarkup from unisoft CIM.
