Does anyone have a version of software later than 2.04e_ps? SCS/Speedline will not supply it because the computer is no longer supported. Also, the laser pointer and the auto rail width seem to have removed themselves as options. Anyone know the mast

Choices are: * Respin the board to move the via so that it is no longer under the pad. * Have the board fabricator plug and plate over the via. Search the fine SMTnet Archives for background.

I would have to second the opinion on the water based flux. If you don't want to deal with the solder balls, switch to an alcohol based flux. Unless you have a board that takes a while (water based tends to stay active longer), alcohol is easier to

We've seen the exact same problem. The solder joints had negative wetting angles and x-sections show that the PdAg termination dissolved into the solder. We no longer allow PdAg terminations.

Our supplier told me that TechSpray does no longer manufacture their water soluble mask. I dont know is that truth or not...
