Ideally size should be the same all across - parallelism. If you see different you should fix it. I would suggest instead of measuring it, to use a huge PCB and move it all the way to prove rails are in parallel.

You need to verify the Rail parallelism. Please contact Heller Service department ServiceNJ@hellerindustries.com to get procedure. Please make sure to provide oven model, serial number.

Are you sure that the rails are perpindicular to the solder pot? Everything looks torqued ---{Or maybe it looks torqued because of the light reflections being at a different angle than other things]

I had as I placed the supports at the back - when lifting Z touched the rear rail - check.

Is there any recommendation you'd have when adding grease - how many pumps into the grease adapters would you do? Should you visually see the grease coating the entire ball screw / LM rail?

Hi Chris, It's arround +/- 2MM. There was a gap if running pcb with thickness 1MM. The PCB position below the rail table.

Hi Cris, Yes, The PCB thickness is 1mm. the PCB position below the rail thickness when the table go up the print position. Please advice or do you the service manual book.

A reflow oven with Center rail support can help. If your volumes are too low to justify spending $$ on a proper carrier, titanium stiffeners applied to the PCB before it goes into reflow is a cheap, albeit manual solution.

I have a parts 265 horizon if you want it. Was told it needs a front rail sensor but lmk if you are interested. Will sell cheap, located in milwaukee area.

Do you mean dual lane? Not sure about the used market but CTI makes dual lane conveyors
